We had a very busy week! Students celebrated pink shirt day earlier in the week. Parents will receive an email soon with the winning t-shirt designs for you to vote on.

Our student teacher from MRU worked with students throughout the week on a postcard from the Andes. After reading a story, they used a template to write from the perspective of a tourist attending the Inti Raymi festival.

 

We visited W.D.Pratt middle school and had fun finding our way around with a grade 4 buddy and playing games in the gym. 

We have been illustrating our published copies of our stories and students are excited to share these with you at our celebration of learning.

 

Students focused on some of the sustainable goals of the United Nations throughout the week. They are gaining ideas for their eventual house designs.
